Without doubt, Iceland is a country like no other and, as such, had long been an ambition of mine to visit. So it was that, after an excited wait until November, Judy, Paul, Biddy and I delved into what the South-East coastal road had to offer. What we found was way beyond any expectations and a week of smiles, laughter and unbelievable experiences ensued while the famously expensive country ensured our wallets took an almighty hit. It was worth every penny!


Continuing the journey around South-East Asia is hopefully going to happen in February/March 2018 with a long-awaited visit to Myanmar (present troubles not withstanding) and Sri Lanka

There was no Totts tour at the end of the 2016/17 season as a spate of stag weekends occupied the majority of our players. At the end of April a few of us old farts headed to Lyon, reputedly the gastronomic capital of France, to take in their Top 14 clash with mighty Clermont Auverne while availing ourselves of everything the city has to offer. It didn't disappoint and a cracking time was had by all


My latest adventure took me to Northern Thailand, Laos and Cambodia in February/March 2017, the highlight of which being a two-day cruise down the mighty Mekong River, which carried me to delightful Luang Prabang


Nothing to do with rugby or travel but I love music and these are worth a listen
